Translating Bi-directional PDFs
Translate Arabic, Hebrew, Persian & Urdu PDFs

The auto-translate feature in Infix PDF Editor offers translation between 60+ languages but languages written right-to-left have been notable by their absence. We are happy to announce this has now been corrected with the inclusion of Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu.

Infix not only translates between all these languages but also adjusts the page layout to the reading direction. For example, a Spanish magazine page with columns running left-to-right can become a Persian language page with columns running right-to-left.

You can now also translate PDFs to and from bi-directional languages using our TransPDF service for professional translators. TransPDF offers added control over the process such as whether the page layout should be mirrored.

We're still working hard on Infix PDF Editor so that you can use it to edit right-to-left text and expect to release an update later this year.

For now, there's no need to update Infix to get these new languages, they should just appear in the language list when you next use auto-translate.
