A PDF editor for closing property deals

I receive so many documents in PDF format and find that I cannot edit or sign them.

Presently I am trying to do a closing on a property in Florida and I am in New York. All the documents are being sent to me in PDF form and the only thing I can do is read and save them. I decided to download this program to see if it would solve the problem.

Well to my surprise I found the following:

1. Very easy to install
2. Did not have to read anything to understand how it worked.
3. And I could change items quite easily.

What I loved the most is that I could sign the necessary document and sent it back to the bank.

I would say that if you want something easy to use…please get it.
