Repeated crashes since update

Updated to latest version today, now program crashes, will not save, unable to send error report.

Error message “Rendering Failed, Exception Caught.”

We are aware of issues in the current version effecting Mac users and are looking into them as a matter of urgency.

If possible could you please navigate to the following folder on your Mac

/Users//Library/Application Support/Infix Pro/Bottles/infix/drive_c/users/Public/Application Data/Iceni/Infix/6/

and send us the files

CRASH.DMP
ERRORLOG.TXT

that should be in that folder.

Please email them to support@iceni.com as attachments.

Once you have done this could you also please try the following

  1. In the Finder, choose Go->Home (main menu bar at top of screen)
  2. Then choose Go->Go to Folder… and enter “Library”
  3. Then open the folder named Application Support.
  4. Delete the folder called Infix Pro
  5. Download the Mac version of Infix from http://www.iceni.com/infixDownloadMac.htm
  6. Install Infix again.
  7. When you run it for the first time it should download and install version 6.39
