Infix OCR proves a success at college

I am an older college student who has accumulated a number of documents over the years, and I have been scanning them into PDF’s.

I sought a program to meet all my demands, something that would help with the college pre-written PDF’s I needed to work with. Yet, it also had to meet my needs with all of the other PDF’s I dealt with as well.

I tried numerous programs, wasting my money. I repeatedly hit a wall when trying to edit documents. Prior to Infix PDF editor I had to settle for a majority of pages being correct, instead of all of them.

Then I tried Infix PDF editor (professional). It was easy to install, and it did not ask me to install any other programs with it. I personally did not need to read any instructions, the program is setup to be easy to use, and Infix PDF editor did what I needed without any complications.

I ran Iceni Infix through the paces. I tried editing PDF’s in ways that other programs balked at, such as editing one page out of a multi-page document without it altering any other pages. Iceni Infix worked like a charm. I then tested it in regards to opening a document that was well over 1000 pages, I suffered no “hang-time” like I had with other programs.

I then exported a multi-page PDF into a JPG, the result was almost instantaneous and was clear in every regard. I continued tinkering with Iceni Infix, by joining multiple files, adding pages to an existing file, extracting pages and deleting them.

Iceni Infix allows me to import pages directly from my scanner; saving me one step from my previous PDF editor. I also used Iceni Infix to print pages from my email straight to PDF, clearing out all my mailbox clutter into one PDF.

I used the OCR recognition function on a scanned text file, and when it found editable text already present, Iceni Infix prevented me from inadvertently losing that text. I followed up with the OCR corrections mode, which enabled me to edit everything I needed.

Unlike any of the numerous programs I have utilized in the past, Iceni Infix PDF editor did everything I needed it to do, without any hesitance or issues. I strongly recommend Iceni Infix, and I have already started telling my friends and family about this extremely efficient program.
