For delivery via CDROM add $9.99 for production and shipping (worldwide). CDROM will normally arrive within five working days of the order. You will also be given a URL from which you can download the software.
What if I lose the download or activation key?
Should you ever need a fresh copy of the software or your activation key just let us know.
We keep a record of your purchase - your name, company name (if supplied) and email address. Provided you can give us at least one of these to identify your transaction, we will be happy to help at any time in the future.
Can I purchase in other currencies (apart from US Dollars)?

If you download the demo to sample the new features, make sure you keep a backup of the commercial version's data file - the update does not include one of its own and will not work with the data file from the demo.
