For delivery via CDROM add $9.99 for production and shipping (worldwide). CDROM will normally arrive within five working days of the order. You will also be given a URL from which you can download the software.

What if I lose the download or activation key?

Should you ever need a fresh copy of the software or your activation key just let us know.

We keep a record of your purchase - your name, company name (if supplied) and email address. Provided you can give us at least one of these to identify your transaction, we will be happy to help at any time in the future.

Can I purchase in Sterling or Euros etc.?

When you proceed to the purchase page, you will be able to check the price in a number of different currencies calculated using the prevailing global exchange rates.

We can supply a single key for your staff to install and activate Infix. This is ideal for those with internet access and allows us to keep track of the total number of deployed licenses for you.

If this does not suit your corporation, or for staff with no internet access we can supply a pre-licensed version of Infix for an additional cost of 10%.

Maintenance updates are offered free of charge (such a version 2.0.x to 2.0.y).
Major upgrades (such as from version 2 to 3) will be incur a fee of around 35%-45% of the original license cost.
Technical support will be provided via email.

For an optional annual maintenance fee of 15% we will provide all updates, minor and major plus a guaranteed support response time of two working days.
