Using a PDF as a file type is something that the majority of us are used to; it's almost something we take for granted these days. The files created using a PDF software solution are versatile and simple to create. However, for the majority of us, the major drawback in using a PDF is that we can't edit text on a PDF. So for those who are fortunate enough to be able to edit text on a PDF they will find that their productivity will only improve and they will no longer have to re write a document that has been formerly saved as a PDF, or send it out to someone who can edit text on a PDF for them.
