There are a number of different types of packages available but many of the skills that are used with one package can be transferred to another which means that overall, many people are fairly competent in this field. With no more technical knowledge than a basic level experience of word processing software required, most firms should find that they will have a number of employees who are able to edit these programs. This will give any firm a head start in creating the finished document that they are proud to send to customers and clients.
