Argus Text Sample Configurations

Argus Text Table Sample Configuration

Config File

  • textConfigs/gridText.cfg
Example configuration for PDF documents which contain tables of data which must be output in text format. The primary intent of this configuration is to handle PDFs which contain “tables” of data where the rows and columns were originally created by laying out plain text in a monospaced font. This most often occurs in the case of PDFs containing tables of financial data.

Command Line

  • argus -c textConfigs/gridText.cfg -a expenses3.pdf
